warnock davies,中文名王道文，美国访问学者，国际商务博士，国际关系学硕士，国际法学硕士。主要研究领域为国际商务策略研究，曾在意大利及哈佛商学院国际市场营销研究机构参与“di belle arti e liceo artistico di firenze”学术课题的研究。在绍兴文理学院主要从事教学、咨询服务、写作及合作性研究项目。2002年7月至2013年6月在我院任教。

美国mercer大学国际商业管理教授。

金门大学名誉教授（商业策略制定方面），金门大学管理学院院长。

科罗拉多大学国际商务学院客座教授。

美国tufts大学拉美教学澳门三期必内必中一期的合作伙伴关系及亚美教学澳门三期必内必中一期的合作伙伴关系协会理事。

曾在中国、巴基斯坦、新加坡、巴勒斯坦，俄国等国国内大学及哈佛商学院、国际市场研究协会进行客座讲演。

工作经历：

某跨国公司副总裁，全权负责商业策略咨询业务newbery公司（美国股票交易市场上市(公司)）首席执行官。

具有丰富的咨询顾问经验，服务客户包括欧美、亚非及拉丁美洲的跨国公司及政府机构。

已出版书籍《partner risk》（关于如何驾驭商业战略合作关系中的倾向性问题，由美国purdue大学出版社出版）

有多篇论文已先后收入以下学术刊物：
